Locket Printing Services
Double-down on the art of personalisation with our engravable locket collection. Select your favourite photographs and engraving font, and our Medley stylists will craft your perfect, bespoke piece to take home within the hour*.

The Engraving Bar
Choose from our growing range of engravable jewellery and make it yours with our complimentary engraving bar. From a simple monogram of your initials to the first letter of your child (or fur baby), we laser engrave on site in our Chadstone Pop-Up and craft your one-of-a-kind jewellery pieces for you to take home within the hour.

While we do take cash, we prefer cashless eftpos payments at our store. We also accept Afterpay.
All orders purchased in the pop-up follow our standard return policy. We offer a 30 day change of mind option for full price, unworn pieces with their original tags. View more here Returns Policy – Medley Jewellery.
As our pop-up and online store run on separate systems, we currently cannot accept any returns from the pop-up via our online portal and vice versa. If you wish to return an item after the pop-up has closed on the 2nd of January 2024, please contact us contactus@medleyjewellery.com.au. For faulty goods, please come back into store and we will either replace your faulty item or refund you.
All online orders must be returned to our online store. Please use the Medley returns online portal. Returns cannot be accepted at the pop-up. Please refer to our online store policy: Returns Policy – Medley Jewellery.
As we look to reduce our paper waste (and save you needing to store your receipts!), all our pop-up store receipts will be emailed. Your emails are not stored in our system unless you’re already an existing customer or you sign up.
